How it works

How do we acquire these assets and how do you become a partner?

TLC identifies, assesses, and underwrites potential investments to insure profitability and potential growth. These assets are typically offered as 506B SEC securities to accredited investors. By investing you acquire ownership of an owning and controlling LLC. This syndication model pools investor and in-house capital to purchase income-producing properties. As an investor, you gain the tax benefit of a depreciating asset, equity in an appreciating investment, and a quarterly revenue stream.
